To rest or catch up on a vacation?

Reflecting on your vacation.

The vacation time is coming to an end and the semester is taking off. Let's take some time to reflect on what we learned, achieved, overcame, made peace with over the past three weeks.

Although most of us just focused on resting and being calm, we still had experiences, times that influenced us and times that made us happy. Do some stocktake and write down what made you happy over the vacation and what bothered you. What did you enjoy and made you grow and what irritated you could have changed, be better.

Our Lesotho outreach had some fun and liberating moments, discovering something of rural Lesotho brings out a lot of feelings in a lot of people. But through everything, the toughest moment for most was when our vehicle broke down just before the border. The image shows you how we're trying to push the kombi out of the way. It was a difficult few hours, but it created one of the most memorable moments that each of us will remember of this holiday. What is something that you will remember for always?

Good luck with the semester ahead and remember:

"Look to the Lord and his strength; seek his face always!"
